Policy Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms of policy carefully, choose the Workshop that fits you best and join us!

The Workshops are usually limited to 15 participants. In case there are two experts that hold the Workshop, a larger group may be formed.

The Workshop fees do not include international or national transport (flights from/to airports and associated costs, busses, taxis, etc.)

The Workshop fees do not include private insurances, taxes, meals, beverages, snacks, souvenirs, travel insurance etc.

For international participants, TransEurope / Eyesculture are not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses in case the event is cancelled. We strongly recommend that you purchase refundable tickets and/or travel insurance.

TransEurope/Eyesculture will reimburse all fees less 40euros for administrative expenses, when your cancellation for any reason, is at least 30 days before the Workshop starts. Otherwise, you lose your down payment.

There is no refund to any fee claim if the Workshop has started.

TransEurope/Eyesculture reserve the right to change the expert(s) in case of unforeseen conditions.

On the rare occasion of an emergency, TransEurope/Eyesculture reserve the right to cancel the workshop.

All health, travel and other potential liabilities are the responsibility of the participant and should be covered adequately by their own insurance. Please check about visa requirements which may vary depending on your nationality.

TransEurope/ Eyesculture are not liable for any equipment damage during the Workshop.
